Look in the C:\ directory and see if zztop.bat is listed. If it is, run it. If the image file Dell put on the hdd is still valid, then it will restore to like when you first turned the notebook on. If zztop is not there, then you need to find your two or three Dell cds that came with your notebook and load windows, load the drivers, and then the extra programs.
