How to downgrade from Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition to Microsoft Window 2000 Professional

I'd just ordered a Dimension 8400 on line two days ago. It will come with a Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition operating system. How can I downgrade to Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional. Why? It is because this computer is used as an image controller for our Fuji Frontier machine. The Fuji Frontier 350 can only work in Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional operating system. Any help?
