Before you try to uninstall and re-install the Java. I would advise you to create another user account on the system with administrator access and then try to install the Intel SSD Toolbox v3.0.5.
Please follow the steps below to create another user account.
To open User Accounts, click the Start button , click Control Panel, click User Accounts and Family Safety, and then click User Accounts.
Click Manage another account. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Click Create a new account.
Type the name you want to give the user account, click account type as administrator, and then click Create Account.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, you can try using the Revo uninstaller to uninstall the java and then re install it back again.
Hope this helps. Please write back for any further questions.
I have no accounts enabled - don't like passwords. My question is: which Java is good to have, only standard, or SDK as well, or developer versions, I heard that there is something special for 64 bit OS, or something like this.
The system requirements for running Intel SSD toolbox relating to Java is at least 20 megabytes (MB) of available space if Java* version 1.4 or later is installed. If Java 1.3 or earlier is installed, at least 110 MB of available space is required.

So, coming back to the origins of the problem, in case if someone will experience the same.
Installation of Intel ToolBox version 3, especially on selected AMD processors and 64 bit OS, in my case Phenom II x4 965 BE, may encounter problem due to DEP (Data Execution Prevention). In order to bypass this problem, the only way I saw on Internet was long procedure for turning off DEP, so first look down if you have the same (similar) error code. Application version is the Java version installed.

So I found an easy way to install Intel ToolBox - restart your PC and go to SAFE MODE by tapping F8 and selecting Safe Mode. In Safe Mode just run ToolBox installation, all done, quick and easy! Restart to normal Windows - all done! That was it.
