Is this new HD compatible with my laptop?

My dell inspiron 6000 has the above hard drive, a Fujitsu MHT2040AH 2.5 in ATA.
I need to replace it.
Will the seagate momentus 5400.6 2.5 in 250GB SATA be a compatible replacement. (see below). I have read that there can be bios problems trying to fit an HD greater than 120 GB. Low cost is of greater interest to me than higher storage capacity, not least as the Inspiron is not young.

That drive will not work as it's a sata one! You need to find a pata one to fit your laptop.
