Hi KIGAIOKASU,
You can use USB bootable flash drive to install Windows 8.1 without a disc.

Thank you for your help. However, now that I've downloaded Windows 8.1 on the flash drive, I've been trying to find the Product Key, but I've been unsuccessful. Can you tell me where to look for that?

Hi Kigaiokasu,
The license is embedded in your BIOS. When installing Windows 8 onto a Dell system, you do not need to enter the license.
