Latitude e6400. Getting an error with event id 12. Device: TSSTcorp DVD+-RW TS-U633F
Hello everyone.
Two weeks ago I bought Latitude e6400.
I encounter a following problem:
Every two-three hours I get an error.
Since I have win vista (x64) in russian, I'll try to translate from the event viewer:

Description:
Deviceо 'TSSTcorp DVD+-RW TS-U633F' (IDE\CdRomTSSTcorp_DVD+-RW_TS-U633F_______________D400____\4&319dc71f&0&0.1.0) disappeared from the system without first being prepared for removal.

Hi, Alexei:
This sounds like a bad connection or drive. I assume you have already tried removing and re-installing the drive. You will need to contact Dell tech support and more help.

Yes, I tried to reinstall...ofcourse it didn't help... ;)
I think I'll try Dell tech support...especially when I now realized that I can't burn any DVD's either...
