Low Disk Space - WINRETOOLS

I am constantly receiving the on screen notification: Low Disk Space - You are running out of disk space on WINRETOOLS (M:).

I have been getting this message multiple times every hour for the past few days.

The M: drive is a partition on my OS drive and is listed as a Healthy (Recovery Partition).

Its status is: 0 MB free of 323 MB.  The included folders and files indicate that it is DELL related.

Is there a way to expand the volume of the partition?

Or, what is the downside of simply deleting it?

Hi vamoots,

WINRETOOLS is the Windows recovery environment. You do not want to delete it.

First, make sure you are NOT using this drive for backup.

Second, to get rid of those messages, see if the answer here is helpful.
