My GWA4164B dvd drive wont play dvds or burn them
My GWA4165B drive doesnt play dvds or burn cds. I use a windows xp proccessor and have had the pc for 3 years now.

Please work through these standard troubleshooting steps first. The procedeure for running the diagnostics (step 5) is in your manual.
You might also want to try the firmware update for your drive.
