New Hard Drive
Hey all! My wife's Inspiron 5537 stopped working. I ran the system recovery discs to try to set it back to factory. It ran through the first disc. I inserted the second disc when it said to, but it doesn't read the disc, staying stuck at 54%. I gave up after a couple of days, and ordered a new HD. Just installed it and am getting the same thing! Any ideas or solutions? Thanks in advance.

Hi Chernabog74,
Did you test the original hard drive? I wouldn't try the recovery discs without a better idea what happened to the drive itself. Also please provide the operating system.
