Is the SSD drive detected in BIOS ?
Can you try another SSD drive on this system?
Please run the on-board Dell diagnostics and capture any error codes or messages you receive.
Please remove the service tag of the system from public viewing as it contains personal information.
Please click my DELL-username and send me a Private Message with the results of the above steps and your email address.
