Perc H710P firmware update fails

I am having problems getting my RAID card to update on my PE R720 . Whenever I try running the update, I get a message saying: This update package is not compatible with your system configuration. I am running Server 2016, so I cannot have made a mistake and downloaded the 32 bit version instead of the 64bit. Can you help so that I can upgrade the firmware? Many thanks. Nicholas Cross
