Precision 7530 - 2 SSDs But Only 1 Shows In UEFI Boot

I have a Precision 7530 running Win10 that I have added a second SSD (WD Blue SN550 NVMe - 1TB) to which I would like to use as a dual boot to a linux distro but it does not show up as an available drive under UEFI BOOT. I can access this drive from within Win10 without issue and see it in BIOS under Device Configuration. Just doesn't show up as an available UEFI Boot device.

Do I have to manually configure this in some way?
