If it is simply a matter of the driver, this is the one you need:http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=MW17D&fileId=3354507311&osCode=WB64A&productCode=precision-t3610-workstation&languageCode=EN&categoryId=ST
I don't know if that LSI controller supports non-RAID/pass-though, but if so, and it is seeing the 3 individual drives, then you need to go to CTRL-R and configure the RAID 5 first.
