Problem with my cd and dvd reader !!!
My dvd-cd reader does not read my cds and dvds anymore, in fact, the reader selects the dvds he wants to read ! The reader reads some of my dvds and not the others. It is a big problem that I cannot resolve for a long time now !! 
Please help me to find how I could solve that.

installation and drivers. While in the Device manager, is there an Error Code
present?
Start | Control Panel | System in classic view | Hardware tab | Device Manager
Click the (+) next to DVD/CD-ROM drives. Right-click the drives and select
Uninstall.
