Problems while booting my Dell Dimension 8300 Series computer.

Hi, i got a problem when botting my Dell Dimension 8300 Series computer. There is a error message saying ''SATA Secondary Drive 0 Not Found''-

I got both my cd reader and the hard-drive connected to the motherboard.

I have tried to reinstall windows by booting with the cd reader, but it doesn't work. According to BIOS it can't even find a cd reader connected to the computer.

I have even tryed to change cd reader and cables but it doesn't work anyway.

Can there be some problem with hard-drive? BIOS seem to find the hard-drive tho.

By the way, i have run the IDE Diagnostic test, it finds the Hard-drive but not the cd reader.
