ROXIO Creator LE - unknown error. What do I do?
I have the Roxio Creator LE and it has been working fine but now it will not open when I click on the icon. Just as it looks as though it is going to open a grey box comes up saying 'cannot open due to unknown error'.
Has anyone come across this? Is there a patch available or something?
I really need it back up and running as a use it for work.

If you have the Roxio Creator cd then I suggest you try uninstalling the program then reinstalling it using the cd.
