SEAGATE 750GB SERIAL ATA/300 7200RPM 32MB BUFFER INTERNAL HARD DRIVE

I purchased the above HD and I am going to install it in my Optiplex SX280. Can anybody give me any advice or tell me what to expect before I get into it? I appreciate any and all information.
