Sony DVD Burner DW-Q58A
Hi
I have an Inspiron 9400 that has a Sony DW-Q58A dvd burner. When I go to burn dvd's, it only burns at 2.4x. as far as i understand, the drive is supposed to burn at 8x, and the media i'm using is also rated at 8x.
is there anything i can do to fix this problem? i really would like it to burn at 8x

also, the dell website has no drivers for this burner
any suggestions?
