You first need to install the Windows XP followed by the service pak 2. After you have loaded them you can install the drivers cd. Install the chipset drivers before installing any other drivers. You can then load the video, sound,network,modem. After the drivers are all loaded you can then load the software.

I think everyone is misreading your post.... or I am. It looks like you said you have the XP reinstall disk that INCLUDES sp2. If that is correct then you should have what you need. What you'd be installing is XP
with SP2. You wouldn't load XP, then SP2. It happens at the same time.

Try Contacting Dell for the XP reinstallation disk.
You will find it's best to call Dell.
