Stupid computer

stupid computer  I hate it is so slow I tried everything to make run the way it should but no it still runs like  slow. I am ready to throw it out the window. can someone please help me

does it matter what floor i am on I need help with my computer it keeps giving me error signs and said that its running out of memory when there alot of memory not being used. my computer comfigration are all messed up.

I deleted the 30MB partition on my hard drive when I was reformating my computer and now my video and sound drivers are not able to install. so what can do to solve this problem.
