TSSTcorp CDRWDVD TS-H439A SCSI --- not working!!
I have a Dimension C521 and the CDRW/DVD is not working properly. It will copy CDs but it will not burn one. I've tried with various programs and it won't burn. I have to shut the computer down to get the disk out. I've changed burn speeds and that didn't work. I've updated everything I could.
Any suggestions??????

I also have E520 and my dvd has disappeared and so has the burner. I need to reinstall but i can not find the disk i have all the disk except that one. please help anyone.
