Targeted Read & SMART short self test failed & Graphic Issues
Above is the results of test which my laptop failed to do so. And when I ran Diagnostic it showed me 0146 Error Code. Please assist.
Also as far as Graphics is concerned I am unable to play 1080p videos smoothly.

The test show that the hard drive has failed and you need to replace it.
