I did not do my due diligence prior to ordering a W19DC hub. I have an XPS 15 and do not have dual usb-c.

My question is, can I use a usb-c to usb-a adapter so that I can make the second connection to the W19DC? I want to be able to run 3 UHD dell monitors and currently can not do it with the single usb-c connection.
