Warning battery low screen hang
Dear dell support community, I own an Inspiron 7559 and I have had these problem twice. When I left my laptop on for several days n put it on sleep at night, there is a time when the low battery warning comes out and the screen hangs.....the only way I'm able to recover this is by restarting my laptop. Is there something wrong with the software or something? Why does this happen?

From when are you facing this issue? Was there any recent hardware or software changes?
Please update the BIOS and chipset drivers to the latest available version from our Dell support site.
Please private message us the service tag of the system along with your email id.
