Sounds like a dying hard drive. Call Dell and have it replaced under warranty.

Just wanted to update anyone else having similar 2000-0141 problems.
I ran chkdsk, but got nowhere. I talked to Dell, and they sent a new hard drive the next day.
Side note -> still not sure of the cause of the issue. Went from a Samsung drive to a Toshiba. Running ok so far.
