alert previous voltage failure
to whome it my concern
i have a optiplex gx200,win 2000 pro.
i havent added any new programs or hardware.
But im getting a error messgae saying (alert ! previous voltage failure) press f1 to reboot or f2 for settings
the comp.wont reboot from there but i can go into settings, but that it i cant get to any where else on comp.
ps i didnt know where this message would go in fourm so i put it here so sry if in wrong spot
need help plz thank you steve

It also will not increase the speed of response.
