bios can't detect hd

my hd still works on my other comp as sl but on my original tower the bios sys will not detect the hd or any other working hd. after removing the sys Battery for at least 30 min after putting it back on my sys show a message :perf auto ide conf

alert syst Batte volt low

strike f1 or f2 etc

 

still I can't get my hd to be readed by my tower like it was and I haven't do any changes at all

any ID as what's going on your side ? I realy thanks in advance for any help.
