Thanks for using the Dell Community Forum.

I'm sorry but I was unable to find anything on that error at all.  I check our knowledge base, Microsoft's and a few others as well and came up with nothing.

What software have you installed and what changes were made to the system?

try restoring your computer to an earlier state.

start-shut down restart in msdos

type:command   then enter

type:scanreg/restore

this bring you to another window, select a date thats before the problem accured
