ok thx lots but i found out it there was sumthing wrong with my hard drive and one of my frens told me to call dell. so i did i called the technical support which i found in my owners manual and i talked to a person that helped me. he led me to the diagnostics test and i failed, so he told me that i will get called in a day or two and that they will make an appointment for a technician to come and replace my hard drive. i have a one year warrenty and only had this comp like for a few months so im guess this is all free =). the bad thing is that all i stuff i had on the hard drive is all gone =(. o well..       once again thx!
