Webcam software can be downloaded from My Dell Downloads, https://smartsource.dell.com/Web/Welcome.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fweb%2fmain.aspx, after the computer is registered. 

It can also be downloaded from http://dell-webcam-center.software.informer.com/. This is not a Dell website.
