Call Dell with the error message - they will replace the faulty drive under warranty.

I have a similar problem with my dell studio 1458. ALthough I did not experience any performance issues and the laptop is working fine, the dell support pc check thingy that checks the system monthly yielded a failed SMART short self test and the Targeted Read Test so I ran the pre-boot diagnostics and everything was passed until I chose that option to check the hard disk... I got the same error message you got twice. one for 0F00: 1332 and 0F00: 1232

The laptop seems fine. The warranty had run out on Feb 4 2011 and I tried to contact dell to extend it but the guy called back when I was busy and never called back again. I have emailed them a second time for the warranty extension and no reply.

Is there an online fix or something?

There is no online fix for a faulty hard drive.  You must replace the drive.
