You put it in the floppy disk drive - but I guess you knew that!
Since we can't see your PC but you can, did you check that it actually HAS a floppy disk drive? Since the CD-R / DVD-R / USB flash memory became popular, the 3.5-inch / 5.25-inch / 8-inch floppy disk has gone the way of the dinosaurs. If you're still using them, you better convert the data on them to CD-R before the floppy disk drive disappears completely.
