hardware RAID1 + Linux on Vostro 200 - not synchronizing after disk change.

could anybody help me? Synchronization process is not starting.

You would need the RAID Driver for Linux that communicates with the RAID Processor(Chip set).
 
Personally I would recommend running Linux as a Virtual machine within your windows enviroment then you would not have this issue.
