Hi Bokokla,

I am sure each of us will have their own preferred method of re-installing programs, so this is just my nickel..
If you have broadband, do not attach the cables, I created a folder on my hard drive called "Downloads", then I copy the associated programs from the CD-R to this one folder. Then I simply click on the exe file, the program should create their own folder on the Hard -drive and install, if you need the space, simply clean out the Downloads folder once the programs have been installed. You still have the back-ups on CD-R.

Best Regards

God, grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked anyway,
the good fortune to run into the ones I do and the eyesight to tell the
difference.

Hi Bokokla,

I just looked at mine, I have both Adaware SE and Zone ALarm,
aawsepersonal is the file name, under Type should say Application
zlsSetup_55_062_004 is the latest I have on my Dell for Zone Alarm, again under Type should say Application

You can now double click the file and this should start the installation process.
Here, I created a picture of my folder for you, I will have to delete after you post back, a little large for Dell:

Best Regards
