Replace the hard drive, and then load Windows.  Your drive has failed.

 

You need:  any 2.5" 9.5 mm serial ATA notebook drive.

Reistalling the operating system might work, but at this point of time it seems the hard drive on your laptop is failing.

 

Try reinstalling the operating system.

if you get a new hard drive i would get western digital. i upgraded my e1505 hard drive from a 80gb 7200 rpm hatachi to a western digital 320gb 7200 rpm (i think it has the fall sensor thing as well) my bluetooth seems to work fine now eveything thing seems to run better then my old one. i got mine new sealed on ebay for like $167

dell hard drives seem to lack quality and are not very good. you could back up your files and try formating the hard drive and reinstalling.
