Are you referring the small Dell EISA, 40±mb partition containing the Dell diagnostics, this partition can not be restored.

Diagnostics can be run from the Dell Resource CD.

Note: There is no Dell Dimension 8110, the model number should be listed on the computer's front panel.

Sorry to hear about your eyes.

The B110 may have a 3±gb partition on the hard drive, for Dell's PC System Restore by Symantec utility, this is a factory installed feature and cannot be downloaded and installed.

LOL Even though I can't replace the factory stuff,,, Kenny (The computer owner) is all fixed up...

 

Looks like dell has it together on the CD's they supply...

LOL found all the drivers needed on the CD's...

 

I installed all updates for XP and the software I installed
