StorageScope historical data disappeared!
Hi our storagescope has lost historical data, data retention is set to 365 days but servers runs for about half year now
Is there a way to get this back?

By default, StorageScope keeps historical data for one year. But you can change it to up to maximum of 10 years data. Once the data is lost, there is no way to get it back .

Hi Alexsey
Did Sarah help resolve your issue or is your data still purging after 6 months? The only other thing I can suggest is if there was an issue with the ETL for any length of time that time frame may not be available. Is this a possibility?
