how can I reset sts accounts
Hello,
I have use the emcsts_changepassword.bat utility documented on page 797 of the API and repository reference guide for StorageScope 6.1 (UB7). Now I cannot access StorageScope with the web interface. Error is invalid username/password logon denied for User id:EMCSTS. I tried using the emcsts_reset_password utility.bat but I have same ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied in emcsts_check_defuser.log. I tried to put back the WEB.bak in the lockbox but it didn't correct the problem.
What can I do next?

I assume the password file WEB.lb was messed up, so, could you please follow the steps below to have a test for me?
1). Run emcsts_recomp_invalid.bat on DOS Command Window, and send me log file
2). Find WEB.lb file from %ecc_install_root%\lockbox directory, and send to me
3). Send me emcstsdb_exp.dmp
