SAE stuck on assigning profiles

Version : 

SupportAssist Enterprise Version: 2.0.40.29

Stacked on linux

Issue :

used an adapter import of my OME setup, I have about 15 servers that use different credentials which was setup in SAE.

I've assigned the credentials profiles to the server from device view and it's been stuck on this for more than 12 hours.

 

Tried restarting the instance this did not help at all.

 

Any fix for this?

Hi,

have you tried to restart the services instead of the instance?

When you have all the systems in your OME they should be listed automatically in SAE, no need to discover them twice.

We have the same issue, in Support Assist 2.0.40 it has been assigning device profiles for over 2 weeks now.

Have restarted the service and the entire server to no effect.

I have one better... I have a BUNCH of profile assignment jobs that are hanging, going back into 2019 at this point.  How can I clear them out?  You'd think they would time out at some point and just give up.

Oh, and removing the adapter pointing SupportAssist to my OpenManage Enterprise instance and re-adding does clear the devices and forces a fresh profile association 'job', but it does NOT clear out the lingering profile assignment jobs.

 

How do you clear out the lingering jobs?
