Support Assist Appliance Kernel error?

Hi all I was off work prior to the Quarantine and am just back to working (From Home ) today.

While i was off our Supportassist Enterprise appliance was running at 100% CPU and as result it was rebooted. I'm seeing today that it has not come back online and is in fact stuck in the boot process .

The only information i can see is not complete but there is a DWARF2 Unwinder stuck at ret_from_fork+0x555/ox80 message which seems to relate to a kernel error.
