Cannot update SupportAssist
I use the Dell XPS 15 9570 and when I open Dell SupportAssist, I am getting a message that there is an update available for the application. When I click to run the update, it just stays there and never updates. I let it run for hours and hours....

Have you tried disabling your anti-virus/anti-malware applications? Some of these apps, including McAfee, interfere with SupportAssist launching, updating, and scanning hardware.

Hi @Miker5897,
Can you please uninstall SupportAssist from Control panel, restart your computer and try installing SupportAssist from here (Dell SupportAssist for PCs)?
