SA, hardware scan not working
I tried scanning hardware on support assist i thought it was scanning so i waited for an hour but it only says preparing hardware scan and its still 0%, and its been days of trying but nothing works please help

I have exactly the same problem. All parts of the Support assist work except the scan hardware. Seems to be connected to the last windows update.
