Support Assist is flat out not working.

I have SupportAssist v3.2.2 installed. When I do a scan for drivers, it says "Nah, s'all good brah, you do you.". Meanwhile, when I check the latest video driver, for example, I see one from back in 2018... 24.x.x.x. I look online, in Support.Dell.Com, for the latest video driver - and see version 26.x.x.x is available, released May (ie, last month), and I download and install it manually. SupportAssist still says "Yeah, you're good to go, you've got the latest.". I'm inclined to ditch this, as it's clearly not working. Anyone else experiencing the same or similar results?

SA maybe more trouble than worth. I uninstalled it, it broke my Windows installation by pushing a BIOS update. Plus, security researchers keep finding some serious vulnerabilities in it.
