Supportassist stuck in 'Complete your Profile'

Question

I have removed and installed Supportassist several time trying to fix problem of when launched it asks be to complete my profile.  When I try to complete my profile  it just spins its wheels until I close it.

I downloaded SA 3.0.1 1) SupportAssist Unable to login tomy account profile.Localhost error 2) SA don't complete diagnostics, it keep on doing ... 3) Please develop and test the software properly.

It is 2021, and the same problem still exists.... It so freaking annoying!!!
