Can we get the log file uploaded to investigate?

The first log is only the SupportAssist application log not the installer log, I would also like the installer log.

We would require the log file for further investigation, by following the below steps:

We should be using the EXE file name in the command prompt. For example if the EXE file name is SupportAssist-plugin-1.1.exe The command prompt will be:- \SupportAssist-plugin-1.1.exe /v"/l*v \log.txt" Below are the detailed steps.

By trying to install the SupportAssist again using the command prompt as mentioned below:

Open command prompt and type in the below command :- \SupportAssist.exe /v"/l*v \log.txt" Note: refers to the directory path of SupportAssist.exe.

Example: If SupportAssist.exe exists in C:\DellSoftware\SupportAssist.exe, then the command prompt should be :-

C:\DellSoftware\SupportAssist.exe /v"/l*v C:\DellSoftware\log.txt"

The log file will be created at the same location where exe is there. Please send us the log file, we would investigate the log and revert back to you.
