How can I check the configured capacity on an old legacy model ? microcode : 5568 and cli version : 4.3 ?

"symdev -sid list -DA all -space" will give you some of what you are looking for, I think..

symcli 4.3 seems too old to find any documentation on EMC online support. Are below commands able to run on your array? You may try these free space listing command
symdisk list -dskgrp_summary
symdisk list -by_diskgroup
symconfigure list -freespace -sid XXXX
