Dell management console - discovery doesn't work

Hello,

 

I installed DMC on Dell server, Windows 2003 R2 SP2, envirronement is fully supported and installation went well. But discovery doesn't work, it looks like it does but discovery last 1 seconde and obviously find nothing. All other server are Dell server with open manage agent installed. It just succeed to discovery himself...

I try range IP, only one IP, with or without protocol (snmp, ipmi,wmi, icmp....) but nothing give good result... Any idea ?

I see exactly the same thing.  OpenMange IT Assistant sees and communicates with all of my servers.  SNMP is setup as well.  Can't find a solution.

ensure that SNMP is installed on the server, configure SNMP service \security tab   Read Only    with a string of   public 

when the device is discovered to should show up under   All Devices/Server and have resouce type   Dell Computer
