OME saying server is "down" yet that is not true

Hello, I want to start out by saying thank you for all of the help I have received so far through this forum, its very much appreciated. :)

On to my next issue, I just finished getting all of my servers registered with OMSE and set up email alerts. The problem is that OME is sending me email alerts(great that its working) that state a specific server is down. That is not the case, as I have maintained my rdp session to the server. So far it seems to only be throwing messages for my rural site domain controllers. these are at very remote sites connected via a satellite connection. The satellite connection to each site is provisioned for about 3mbDown and 1.4mbUp. While i would really like to receive notification when these machines lose power or have any failure, it'll defeat the purpose if they are reporting as down multiple times through the day when I know they are online. Thanks for any help with changing configuration or insight that can be provided.

I dont have the rights to move your question, but please post it in this forum: en.community.dell.com/.../default.aspx

the OME specialists monitor that forum and they should be able to help you with that.
