OpenManage Enterprise no updates available

I saw the 3.10.0 release came out yesterday.

https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=fmk91&dcp=email

We have 2 instances running 3.9.0 and neither of them are seeing the updates (3.9.1, 3.9.2, 3.10.0) are available with the Online option as described here

I looked at the website downloads.dell.com/openmanage_enterprise/ and noticed the dates of those folders is NEWER than the date of this

https://downloads.dell.com/openmanage_enterprise//LexingtonUpdates.xml

and those versions don't appear in that file, as it seems the should.

If you configure the Update Settings to use Network Share, Local Path with https://downloads.dell.com/openmanage_enterprise/3.9.2/ it will pick up that update, then change to https://downloads.dell.com/openmanage_enterprise/3.10.0/ to pick up 3.10

3.9.1 is not there, no big deal.

Hi may I ask why you need that specific version? I'm personally assuming the reason why we can't see this or why it's taken down is because the higher version already meets the requirement and more the lower version used to and users wouldn't need it anymore?

I don't really understand your assumption or question.

Dell has indicated 3.10 as a Recommended release. The notification came from Dell!

I'd settle for 3.9.2. But I can see no reason why our local servers wouldn't see the available updates.
