i cannot find it on the drivers and downloads > system management area

Are you sure thats the correct acronym? Perhaps dccu? If thats the one you want, then check here: http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/download.aspx?releaseid=R200703&deviceid=19801&fileid=278576
